Assessments, coaching, and safety
This source milestone added attachment and stress-response self-reflection flows, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 score displays, a guided CBT-style exercise library, and detail routes for saved coaching sessions and journal entries. The app also added a weekly-reflection panel and selectable AI-provider configuration. These features were not clinically validated as a combined product or shown to improve health.
A deterministic keyword matcher can surface crisis-resource links beside some coaching and journal responses. It cannot reliably detect every crisis or replace human support. A prior generated weekly reflection may retain details from a journal entry after that entry is deleted; account-wide erasure is not implemented.
The older paired landing stills showed marketing copy, not verified footage of the assessment, exercise, or coaching flows. They remain withdrawn.
Current source-run visual study · 2026-09-25
The paired captures below show the actual local app with a synthetic sample account. A fictional mood and journal note were saved through the UI. The coaching view is an empty conversation; no AI-provider response was captured. These current screens illustrate the source app, not a contemporaneous record of the June milestone, a clinical outcome, or reliable crisis detection.

Annotated poster study from real mood and journal screens. Synthetic fixture; not clinical proof.

Actual local mood page with one synthetic sample entry.

Actual local journal page with a fictional saved note.

The coaching view before a conversation; no provider reply was tested or captured. Paired product videos, Cartesia narration, Remotion animation, timed captions, and a final film poster remain in production. These stills do not establish clinical validation or an AI-conversation result.
