Hardware fit, GGUF metadata, and conversations

This source milestone added ways to estimate model fit and inspect GGUF metadata before deciding what to run. GPU-layer settings, conversation archive, rename, delete, and system-prompt persistence were also added to the desktop UI. These paths have not completed a native end-to-end test in this review; hardware-fit estimates are not a guarantee that a model will load or run well.

The earlier paired images showed an old marketing landing, not the native app. They visibly promised a working waitlist, zero network egress, and suitability for regulated work. We withdrew them because the current source makes outbound model-download requests and establishes no compliance certification. A real paired capture of the verified desktop workflow is still needed.

    Origins

Inglenook entered the umbrella: the runnable app was vendored in and the marketing site moved into landing/. The toolchain moved to TypeScript 7 beta, and the source tree was renamed from aylith-apps to aylith-labs.
