Migration planning foundations
Dataferry’s early work established a migration draft, catalog-backed schemas, proposed field mappings, and deterministic transforms for sample records. The preview lets an operator inspect a proposed shape before any destination write.
AI mapping suggestions depend on a configured worker and model. The sample preview does not connect to a source or destination app. Live extraction, loading, destination verification, and resumable execution remain future work.
Editorial correction, 25 September 2026: the original note described an end-to-end migration path and queue-backed execution. Those claims exceeded the verified product. This note now records the narrower planning capability.
