    Videx is live. Point it at a set of YouTube channels and it becomes a searchable, quotable knowledge base — shaped around the field you actually work in.

    • Domain personalization: choose AI Engineering, Data Science, System Design, Cybersecurity, Creative Tech, or the universal profile. Suggested queries, focus topics and AI prompts all retune, and switching is instant.
    • Transcript-first ingestion: an InnerTube Android/Web/iOS fallback chain for captions, chapters and channel analytics.
    • Hybrid search: PostgreSQL 16 full-text for the exact phrase, pgvector for the idea you can only describe.
    • Grounded chat: ask a question about a video and every answer cites the second it came from.
    • Provider-agnostic AI: summaries, topics and tagging over a fallback chain, so one provider’s rate limit degrades the answer rather than the app.
