    Watch, fix, and coverage targeting

    The CLI grew up this milestone. The watch and fix commands — previously stubs — became real, joined by a new ci command. Test generation now uses coverage-gap targeting, and the engine picked up convention learning and dependency-graph-aware regeneration. The AI layer was made model/provider-agnostic.
