    Capture pipeline and rollups

    The recorder records now. The capture pipeline is wired end-to-end, with real import and worktree hook endpoints, plus cost rollups and doctor / uninstall fixes. A hook-body race that dropped payloads was fixed, and the package was renamed to dashcam (consolidated from dashcam-team).
